Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Mr Anthony Davis.

I started to study law around 9 years ago whilst working long hours as a General Manager for a South of England firm. During my working career, I have faced many matters involving legal issues, from consumer, lettings, business acquisitions, and construction, to employment issues and contract disputes. I have also spent many years studying and refining my family law skills, representing myself and supporting others through the Court process.

As well as obtaining my Diploma of Higher Education in Law, 2.1 Bachelor of Law degree, I have spent a great deal of time learning other aspects of the legal profession by attending seminars, training weekends with cross-jurisdiction aspects and moot training.
I am a Fellow Paralegal Professional with a licence to practice  (NALP)
I am currently studying for my Master in Law and Legal Practicing Course. 
I am an ADR OCR Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. 
A member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.
I am a Law Professional with Resolution.
I am a registered CILEX Lawyer
I am a former Family and Criminal magistrate. 

 
I receive many of my clients from recommendation, assisting under Direct Access Barristers and recommended by Solicitors. . I have a small team of administrators managing initial queries and appointments. My team may ask personal questions about your case, this is purely to assess the urgency and allocate the correct amount of time for the initial meeting. All information is processed in the strictest confidence and we are bound by the rules of the ICO.

My objective is to guide you through the minefield of legal documents, untangle Solicitor letters, help complete Court documents, act as a support in the courtroom and remove the stress and anxiety that litigation goes hand in hand all in a contemporary alternative to solicitors and barristers. 

I am able to offer a personal service at times and on days that suit the client, supporting you every step of the way.
