Terms of Business

At Davis & Co, we charge by the hour depending on Commercial or individual clients. 

For individual clients we charge from £75.00 per hour, however, the initial informal conversation is free.
 
For commercial clients, we charge from £85.00 per hour

Half-day court appearance, from £250

Full-day court appearance,  from £475
 
All clients will be required to pay in advance for our services (these will be made clear at the first free meeting) In addition, all clients will be required to confirm and sign a disclaimer form before we can assist.  

We endeavour to have matters dealt with at the earliest opportunity, all costs will be transparent with regular updates on potential future costs.  

All payments are by bank transfer, Paypal or cash only.
