Terms of Business

At Davis & Co, we charge by the hour, depending on whether you are commercial or individual clients. 

For individual clients we charge from £95.00 plus VAT per hour.

For commercial clients, we charge from £110 plus VAT per hour

Half-day court appearance, from £295.00 plus VAT

Full-day court appearance,  from £545.00 plus VAT
 
All clients will be required to pay in advance for our services (this will be made clear at the first free meeting) and confirm and agree to a verbal disclaimer form before we can assist.  

We endeavour to have matters dealt with as soon as possible. All costs will be transparent, and potential future costs will be updated regularly.  

All payments are by bank transfer, Paypal or cash only.
